From slow template to sales engine — the IMM Tunisia rebuild
We rebuilt the website of a developer with 1,000+ homes delivered since 1992: mobile speed score from 24 to 99, three languages including proper Arabic, and a live availability plan for every apartment.
The problem
The old WordPress site scored 24/100 for mobile speed and failed Google's Core Web Vitals — real visitors waited around 7 seconds for the main content while the layout jumped under their fingers. Projects were presented with generic clip-art icons, there were no prices, no apartment-level availability, and no English version — for residences this premium, the website was quietly costing sales.
What we changed
We rebuilt it from scratch: a fast, premium, trilingual site (French, Arabic with true right-to-left layout, English) designed around one job — turning visitors into visit requests. Every apartment of the current project is now on an interactive availability plan with real prices and its architect's plan, and every enquiry — WhatsApp, call, form — reaches the sales team instantly and is measured.

Both sites measured with Google PageSpeed Insights on 23 July 2026 — same tool, same day, homepage of each. The old site's real-visitor Core Web Vitals (28-day Chrome data): failed, with 7.0 s LCP and 0.82 layout shift.

An interactive availability plan of 150 apartments across both tranches — floor by floor, live available/sold status, real prices and a budget slider. The old site showed projects; the new one sells units.
An architect's plan for every unit
Every apartment's real architect plan (PDF) is one click away from its detail panel — 150 plans, wired to the exact unit reference.
Three languages, done properly
French, English (new) and Arabic rebuilt with true right-to-left layout — every page translated and verified, not just the menu.
Built around the enquiry
Visit and reservation requests pre-filled per apartment, WhatsApp and call always one tap away — and every lead lands with the sales team instantly, tagged with the buyer's language.
The Marsa land plan, digitized
The 61-parcel Riadh El Marsa masterplan turned into an interactive plan taken straight from the architect's file — ready for the day sales open.
Measured and accessible
Cookieless analytics plus consent-gated GA4 track every WhatsApp click, call and visit request; key pages audited to zero serious accessibility violations, keyboard and reduced-motion included.
