This policy explains how My Business Scale collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use this site. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is Youssef Mzabi, a sole trader operating under the business name “My Business Scale” (mybusinesscale.com). For any question about your data, email admin@mybusinesscale.com.
Data we collect
Information you provide via our forms (name, email, website URL, phone, business, message, and project details); and, only with your consent, analytics data about your visit.
Why we use it
To respond to your requests and send your audit or quote; to provide and manage the services you take up, including your client portal; and — only with your consent — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Legal basis
Your consent (analytics, sending your audit); our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and securing the service; and the performance of the contract between us for services taken up.
Retention
Prospect data (enquiries, audits): up to 3 years after our last contact. Client data (account, project): for the duration of the relationship, then as required by law (accounting records are kept for 10 years). Analytics data is aggregated and cannot re-identify you.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It is processed on our behalf by contracted, GDPR-compliant providers: website and database hosting, email delivery, and analytics. Some providers may be located outside the European Union; where they are, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights (GDPR)
You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@mybusinesscale.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority: the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk).
